I am interested in how we collaborate with each other and with other ethnic groups to build resilient communities through shared pleasure. I’m fascinated with the awkward stand-up comedy set. The feel of a home-made dance costume. The smell of terasi frying with sambal paste. I am particularly passionate about avant-garde dance and theater projects that are wrestling with issues of specificity and authenticity. And I love designing and building audience experiences. In my career, I have succesfully secured grants, corporate partnerships, and direct contributions for arts festivals, scholarly research, capital campaigns, and much more.&nbsp; I have served on grant review panels for funders ranging from the California Arts Council to the City of Berkeley Civic Arts program.
